This past weekend Vivid attended a car show all the way down Crozier, Virginia, 45 mins. past Kings Dominion. We attended this show because Smooth Impressions, a Car Club out of Richmond, Va., went out of their way to invite us to the show. Vivid also attended a show in Edgewood that same day, it was our split show day. This way Vivid can get the name out in more places than one in the same day. Showing in Crozier were me, Jo, & Mike B. Wendy & Ace (Jo's Fiance) were there for support as well. The show was hot and a bit slim. Though there were some really nice rides there. Smooth Impressions were really impressed that we did come all the way down there for the show, we got our own "Thank You" during the awards. In the end we ended up cleaning house as I, Jo, & Mike all took home 1st Place trophies. Me for Toyota, Jo for Accord, & Mike for Under Construction. We also took the Club Participation trophy as well. The Club Participation award was delt with by a different way we are used to breaking a tie. We were tied with another club and to break the tie, we had a contest of Tug of War. Well, with me @ 216 lbs., Mike as 250+, Ace, well, he is a very muscular big boy, our opponents were a combined 200 lbs. So, we basically made it quick and not to harmful for them. Everyone seem to end up on their feet, but somehow I busted my butt and did a reverse roll. I am still not sure how that happened. But as we all took our awards and pride home with us, we were invited back next year as well. Next week is the O.C.O.P Car Show in Fullerton. I will see everyone there next week.
