This past weekend Vivid Images participated in the 6th annual MCA car show in the Reisterstown Plaza. The show had decent turn out and a good variety of cars, vans, trucks, and bikes. They were very detailed in their judging and were a good example of what the judges at the larger venues are going to be looking for. Vivid Images came home with 4 out of the top 100 trophies thanks to Mel Grupp, Derrick Williams, Tony Drecchio, and one of our new recruits Scott Burton.

Some of the hottest rides there had to have been the street bikes (like they ever touch the street). There were a total of 6 different motorcycles, some were old school and some were "crotch rockets." They had the Freddy Grueger bike, the Childs Play bike, the Star Wars bike, a low rider bike, a race bike, and a Goldwing with a sidecar. Every bike that showed walked away with a finish in the top 100.

Besides bikes there were many different car clubs recognized there including Full FX, Low Class, DiztinctiveKoncepts, Exotic Phantasys, Paradise Club, and Sudden Impact to list a few. Sudden Impact took home theclub participation award with 14 cars followed closely by Full FX and then Low Class. Sorry Guys Vivid only had 4 in the show that day.

The day was full of fun including a Bass Competition. I competed in the competition and contrary to what the judges thought everyone else thought I was bumpin' pretty hard. No hard feelings here and congratulations to the winner. Various people from different clubs participated as well. George from Exotic Phantasys and I believe there was a black Integra from Sudden Impact.

The Day was overall good and very hot for October. VI did not come home empty handed and that is what counts. Congratulations to all of the winners and good luck in the rest of the show season.
