This past weekend Vivid rolled deep to a local show at our meeting spot. Showing for VI were Mike B ( yep he showed), Matt, James, Justin, TJ, Jo, Chris, Aaron, Jason, Josh, Rich, Ross, Marshal, Liz, Derrick, Alex and Myself. This was a night show, which was nice and gave us a chance to show off our lights. We all met up at Toys R US at 7:00 PM which is our normal meeting time. We then went over to the other side of the parking lot which is where the show was taking place at. We quickly cleaned our cars and set up while we still had light. Then we got together and attmepted tp have a meeting with the speakers blarring behind us. Somehow Mike managed to get a few words out, and then we basically hung out the rest of the night. A few of us won some door prizes, I persoanlly got some car wash. Me and Erin ( TJ's Girlfriend) went up the the front and told the lady that we lost our boyfriend and had her call "Mike Baker" over the loudspeaker several times. It was pretty funny when he finaqlly went up to the front and saw us standing there. The show had a pretty good burn out contest, where one car actualy blew out all it's tires. There was also a Hydrolic competition which was pretty interesting. FInally around 10:30 awards started, although they didn't have the trophies on them ( we had to come to Toys R US the next morning to claim them). Taking home awards for VI were Matt, James, TJ, Jo, Chris, Aaron, Jason, and Myself. Overall it was a fun show, and a nice place to hang out with some friends at night without having cops coming up and making us leave. We look forward to the next show, where James will be driving Little Eric around with all of his Toys. Next Saturday VI is splitting it up and either going to Patterson High School or Frames to Flames. We hope to see you there!!
